If you are looking for extra space, another bedroom, sleepout or office you can save time, money and the hassle of building and obtaining council permits as our portable studios are 10 sqm.
Most NZ councils allow sleepouts, granny flats or extra accommodation on your section without the need for a permit as long as it is 10 sqm less in area. We recommend you check with your local council to ensure that the Mopod Studios comply with council regulations.
